Scott is a professional interior designer certified by the Interior Designers of Canada and the American Society of Interiors Designers.

SYD is a distinguished design team committed to the design and enhancement of upscale residences. Under the leadership of principal designer and founder Scott Yetman, our team provides comprehensive, professional design services for residential clientele. The team comprises interior architects, designers, project managers, and purchasing and logistics specialists, bolstered by a seasoned administrative staff.

We strongly believe in teamwork. A project’s success is the result of a collaboration between our design team, the client, any related professionals and the builder. We know how important it is to keep a strong and active line of communication with our collaborators, that is why we have a strong reputation for our design work and our collaborative process both locally and internationally.

Our primary focus is our clients. As experienced interior designers, we are skilled tailors, ensuring that each client's home is meticulously designed specifically for them. Nothing is more rewarding than when clients tell us how much they love their homes and how they are totally satisfied.

We enjoy the challenge of working in new locations. Many of our clients have multiple homes, and we’ve had the pleasure of customizing not only their primary residences but also their secondary and even tertiary homes for them.

We love to travel, meet new people, and expand our work outside Montreal. Locally, we have city projects as well as to the North (Laurentians) and South (Eastern Townships). We have completed and are presently working on homes in New York, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Montana (Yellowstone Club), and the Bahamas, as well as the UK (London). Last year, we expanded our London connection and launched a collection of fabrics and wallcoverings through Christopher Farr Cloth, which is sold through design showrooms internationally.

We offer complete professional interior design services: design planning, 3D development, complete 3D redesign to allow clients to easily see the design before commitment, interior furnishing, art and accessories; a complete turn-key experience, always ensuring that the client’s function and aesthetics needs are attended to. Discretion and client privacy is not only paramount but all employees are bound to this.
